These Terms govern your use of Milo Chat, operated by Sanjay (Sole Proprietor). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Milo Chat. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate others or create accounts using false information. One person may not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other members.
- Post nudity, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
- Solicit money, run scams, or promote commercial activity without permission.
- Share other people's private information without consent.
- Use bots, scraping, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use the App if you are under 18 or on behalf of a minor.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to operate the App. You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with other members.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Certain features require a paid plan. Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration and do not automatically renew. Prices are shown in the App and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay and PhonePe). 6. Safety disclaimer
Milo Chat provides a platform to meet people but does not conduct criminal background checks. You are responsible for your own safety and your interactions. Meet new people in public places and never send money to anyone you meet on the App.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanjay (Sole Proprietor) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other members.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jind, Haryana.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
